Kingdom Cottage is a delightful, semi-detached, two bedroom property in a tucked away location in Saltash, Cornwall. This property offers peace and tranquillity, but at the same time easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants within this bustling little town. Originally built as a stable for a neighbouring house, the now pleasantly decorated cottage still retains some of its period features and oozes character and charm. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with wood burner, comfortable seating and dining area. This leads to the galley-style kitchen and bathroom.
The first floor is home to two spacious bedrooms, both of which benefit from fantastic views across the town with the hills of nearby Dartmoor providing a backdrop. The light and airy master bedroom has a kingsize bed and bedroom 2 has the choice of either twin or super kingsize beds.
For those warm evenings, the enclosed private garden has a seating area, ideal for barbecues and al fresco dining, and the adjacent sun room provides a comfortable indoor seating area.
