This charming holiday cottage is situated on the west side of the River Tamar, directly opposite HMNB Devonport and ideal for those with a naval interest. It has fabulous views out across the River Tamar towards Plymouth and the surrounding area.

Being situated on the east of Torpoint, it has very easy access to public transport, with a direct route on the ferry, over the river, to this thriving naval city with its many attractions, restaurants and places of historical interest. This is a relaxing and quite beautiful southern corner of Cornwall, with its stunning coastline and superb sandy beaches, ancient ports and villages which include picturesque Looe and Polperro, both long associated with tales of smugglers, shipwrecks and hidden treasures! All within easy driving distances.

The accommodation is set over two floors within a row of terraced cottages and features a cosy living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet. There is ample dining space for four guests. The living area is furnished with comfortable and modern sofa and chairs, a table that seats four and a TV with Freeview, perfect for a relaxing night in after a busy day enjoying all the area has to offer. Upstairs, two bedrooms await; the large master bedroom with large built in wardrobe, TV with Freeview, and a superbly comfortable super kingsize bed along with fabulous river views. The back bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and double bed. The upstairs shower and toilet room is fully tiled and fitted with a walk in shower that has an ultra slim square shower head for an invigorating experience.

There is an excellent decking feature in the enclosed private garden – a great space for enjoying an al fresco meal or a glass of wine in the sunshine, with comfortable seating for all guests.
There are excellent travel links, including regular bus services, along with the Torpoint Ferry, linking Devon and Cornwall. Local shops several pubs, restaurants and cafés all within a 3-minute walk.
