This wing of the owner’s farmhouse is attractively decorated and furnished. Close to the old fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and the unspoilt beaches of Whitsand Bay it is ideally situated for water sports and country pursuits, also golf at Portwrinkle. The Torpoint ferry is 15 minutes’ drive, here you can cross the River Tamar into the city of Plymouth and visit ’Drake’s Hoe’ or the Barbican where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail for America. An ideal holiday base. Shop 1. 5 miles, pub 1 mile.
Don was great -fantastic area would recommend
If you have dogs which go on holiday with you, this is the perfect place, you really have to see it to believe it attached!! To the holiday property is 6 acres of land, my pointers absolutely loved it.The wildlife was amazing just to sit on 1 of the garden benches and watch the red deer racing around on the hills was breath taking, there is a resident woodpecker which follows the car up the drive, the place itself is well equipped and there is nothing that's too much trouble for the owners, we really enjoyed our time there, I have given local amenities a 6 reason behind that is you do have to travel in car to local shops for supplies, but that is not a reflection on the holiday property itself. We had a amazing time and will be certainly going back next year
A wonderfully peaceful place to stay, great for dogs. The hosts are lovely people and the cottage itself is like a home from home with everything you need for an extremely comfortable and relaxing rural holiday with plenty of interesting places to visit close by. We will certainly return .
We had a wonderful stay at Wringford Farm Annexe. The location was idyllic and the wildlife was so interesting and delightful. Don and Audrey, the owners, were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation so cosy, quiet and peaceful. Plenty of walks in the location, and a good base for visiting so many interesting and beautiful places in beautiful Cornwall.
Enjoyed a lovely week with our dogs. Comfortable cottage, a lovely walk to Cawsand and Kingsand. The coastal walk has amazing views. Don and Audrey are charming.
This cottage is in a lovely rural quiet, with acres of woodlands and empty fields. Great for dogs. The rear garden is very secure with a gate to the adjacent fields. Overall location is ideal for coastal walks and touring. Would certainly revisit.
Lovely position with blue bell wood, deer visiting and 15 mins walk to local town over fields with 2 views of headland available . Lovely position near south west coastal footpath. A brilliant place for dogs who have acres of fields to run around. Will definitely return some day.
Comfortable and warm cottage. Dog friendly house and garden. Easy access to local walks. Places to eat in the village. Local shops within a short drive.
We had a lovely time staying at Wringford Farm Annexe. Very warm and cosy, (we stayed late February,) with a pretty enclosed garden. Our dog loved his stay . The garden leads onto a field ,which our dog loved. A short walk takes you to Cawsand /Kingsand, most places are dog friendly. We Recommend The Bay restaurant at Cawsand, we had drinks there a few times, (our dog always had a treat) the Sunday lunch is amazing , lovely friendly staff. The cottage is an annexe of the main farmhouse. It is quite secluded with a wooded area on one side and open fields on the otherside. Each day at breakfast and early evening , Don the owner would put out seed and food. This was the best times, like a scene from Snow White , the animals came to feed. We saw the resident peacock, fox, pheasants, squirrels, robin, wren, bluetit and best of all beautiful deer. Amazing if you are a nature lover . Lovely hideaway if you want a quiet break . Definately would return in the future.
