Many beaches and coastal paths are close by, with a beach at Par Sands, around ½ mile away, and smaller more varied beaches within driving distance. Nearby attractions include Fowey, Polkerris, very popular with families, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey and National Trust Lanhydrock House. Charlestown, famous for its tall ships and shipwreck museum is a few miles away. The village has a shop, award winning butchers, pub, and a fish and chip shop. Beach ½ mile. Shop 30 yards, pub 50 yards.
