The main bedroom leads to the living room with views over the garden and as Bay Cottage is on one level, it is perfect for easy walking access.
Enjoy the courtyard garden in the summer with a glass of wine, whilst planning the next day’s activities. Bay Cottage is located in the centre of Par, where guests can enjoy a selection of pubs and shops right on their doorstep. Explore the nearby beaches at Par sands and Carlyon Bay which offer fantastic scenery. Why not visit the famous Eden Project, just a short drive from Bay Cottage, or visit the picturesque fishing town of Fowey. Should you wish to leave the car at home, the local train station in Par has excellent links around Cornwall. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

Our stay August, 2019
Whilst the accommodation was adequate, there was too much noise intrusion from the very adjacent owners accommodation.

The property is very nicely furnished and the owners very welcoming and helpful. However it is attached to the owners house and there is very poor sound insulation between the house and the property and you are very aware of this and can hear the majority of conversations meaning it does not feel very private and at times the noise was disruptive. The kitchen facilities are very poor with a very basic table top mini oven and hot plate which was had very little control and poor capacity and sitting on top of the work surface was hard to use.
