Ty Bach is a great holiday home, built with pride and passion by the owners themselves. Their aims are to make you feel as welcome as possible and for your stay to be enjoyable. With wheelchair friendly access, including wide framed doors and walk-in shower, there is plenty of space and light in this thoughtfully laid out annexe. You will be able to sink into the king size bed after a day of adventures, whilst the 40" UHD television provides entertainment should the weather be a little inclement! The kitchen is well equipped, whilst the shower room is spacious. A stunning feature is the steeple style window which overlooks the garden, with ingenious blinds which bathe the living area with light and gives wonderful sky views. The living area leads onto a private decked area which looks over the wonderful garden where varieties of flora and a spectrum of colours abound.
Treator is a small hamlet to the west of the famous harbour town of Padstow. Situated on the Camel estuary, where the ever-popular Camel Trail runs alongside for 18 miles towards Bodmin, popular with walkers and cyclists and taking in some of Cornwall’s most breath-taking scenery. Padstow itself has many restaurants where you can enjoy a plethora of seafood cuisine, caught locally. A mere 5-minutes by car will lead you to Harlyn Bay Beach, a favourite with families due to the large expanse of sand and surfers due to the impressive waves. There are rockpools, sand dunes and stunning coastal walks west to Mother Ivey’s Bay and Trevose Head. Within a 10-minute drive there are a further 5 excellent beaches to explore. 3 miles to the south-west is Trevose Golf and Country Club. Venture north-east and you will find Port Isaac, the mystical village of Tintagel, forever linked with the legend of King Arthur, with a castle and foot bridge exhibiting atmospheric views of the rugged coastline below. When your day is done, return to the peaceful haven of Ty Bach; relax, unwind, and look forward to tomorrow’s exploits! Beach 1 mile.
