Nestled in the heart of the quaint seaside village of Pentewan is The Little Lighthouse, a charming two-bedroomed cottage overlooking the picturesque village square, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The cottage features an open plan kitchen and living area with a newly installed log burner, one double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds and a shower room. The cottage has private parking for one vehicle. To the front of the property, there is a private courtyard garden area.
The village of Pentewan and its harbour date back to medieval times and was historically a busy port, shipping a third of Cornwall’s China Clay. Pentewan beach is over half a mile long of near-white sand and is beautifully sheltered, making it great for swimming and water sports. Kayaks, paddle boards and windsurfing equipment can be hired from the beach during the summer months. Pentewan is perfectly located on the south coast, at the gateway to the Roseland Peninsula and is a fantastic location for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer. The towns of Mevagissey and St Austell offer a wide range of amenities including supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants and activities for the whole family. Within only a few miles of Pentewan Valley there are some superb tourists attractions, including the world-famous Eden Project. Beach 500 yards.
