Petroc is centrally located in St Mawes and has stunning views from the upstairs balcony and master bedroom.

On entering the property through the front porch, you access the lovely bright living/dining area with a wood burning stove. To the rear is the fully equipped kitchen, downstairs shower room and utility area. The stairs rise from the living room taking you onto the first floor where there are three bedrooms. Two ample double bedrooms with kingsize beds, one with a super sea view. There is a further twin room, plus a family bathroom to this floor. From the main bedroom is a stunning balcony where you can sit for morning breakfast and coffee, or just catch the sun watching the boats and water activities.
