This cosy semi-detached 200 year old character cottage has super elevated sea views and is only a few minutes’ walk down a relatively steep path with steps into the middle of St Mawes.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors. The property is accessed across the paved sun-trap patio, on the ground floor is the the dining room with a multi-fuel burner and sea views and the well-fitted kitchen with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Down some steps is the living room with two settees, a window seat, multi-fuel burner, TV with BT YouView+ and DVD/CD player. On this floor are the steep stairsto the first floor and down to the lower ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a toilet. The front bedroom is a double with lovely sea views while the second bedroom has a zip and link kingsize bed that can be twin beds if preferred. In the quite low-ceilinged basement there is a bathroom with shower over bath and separate shower room. Also located on this floor is the utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a door leading up some external steps to ground level.
The main village facilities are all within a few minutes’ walk as are foot ferries to Place and Truro and Falmouth.
