Pennygillam is just a 4 minutes’ walk down the hill to the centre of St Mawes with the beaches, harbour and all local amenities within a short walking distance. It also has a much coveted parking space. There is seating area at the front of property which allows you to take in the beautiful views out to sea.
Inside you’ll find three bedrooms decorated to a good standard and an Aga and central heating make it a year round destination. The living room has sea views to one side plus comfortable seating to take advantage of the TV and DVD. The kitchen has a large table and seating for six. The kitchen is also equipped with an Aga and dishwasher and to the rear is the utility room. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom. Leading upstairs from the living room the front bedroom has a double bed with excellent coastal views. The two further bedrooms have twin beds. A family bathroom with shower over bath and another bathroom with shower. To the rear of the property is a pretty garden with lawn and shrubs. Garden furniture is provided. The parking space is directly to the front of the property.
