Charlies is situated about 4 minutes walk down the hill to the centre of St Mawes, it has excellent views with parking for two cars. Charlies offers centrally heated accommodation which is furnished and decorated to a good standard. Set in a convenient central position with the beaches, harbour and all local amenities within a short walking distance. Village facilities include butchers, bakers, chemist, post office and supermarket as well as a good selection of places to eat.
The accommodation comprises of a large open plan living area with sea views, comfortable seating and feature fireplace with wood burner and there is a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also a convenient shower room on this floor. To the rear of the property there is paved patio and nicely maintained landscaped garden along with garden furniture, while the decking area at the front of property takes advantage of the great views. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and has excellent coastal views, there are two further well proportioned twin bedrooms and the twin bedrooms do not have blinds or curtains on the windows. A large family bathroom with shower over bath completes the accommodation.
