You enter the cottage through the front into a hallway which leads to the downstairs living room, and shower room. The living room has a stone fireplace with a coal burning stove and electric heater. There is a door that leads to the front garden and also the stairs are in this room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. From the kitchen you enter the dining room and there is also a back door to the garden where the washing machine is housed.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double to the front of the house and one twin with far reaching country views. Heating throughout is via electronic panel radiators. There are gardens to the front and the rear of the property allowing you to follow the sun and countryside views from the rear of the house. Parking is on the road outside the property.
