The room has a dressing table and hanging space plus a 6ft super kingsize bed, along with a single folding futon bed for children or teenagers.
At the rear of the property is a lovely private seating area with table and chairs; a perfect place for alfresco dining, a glass of wine or to just catch the sun while taking in the surroundings. As the sun moves round there is also the front garden to enjoy which has a variety of shrubs and flowers. To the left of the row of cottage are the designated two off road parking spaces. The property is a short distance, 1½ miles from the Churchtown of Veryan which has a village store/post office and a popular village pub providing food.
From the property, there is a public footpath leading to the pretty harbour of Portloe and the South West Coast Path. A short drive will bring you to very popular St Mawes with a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs and the ferry to Falmouth.
