Lillipit Cottage is a delightful detached property situated in a tranquil location within easy reach of both south and north coasts of Cornwall. The cottage has a cosy living room with beams and two large comfortable sofas, providing a haven for summer visits as there is a door leading to the pretty front garden, whilst in the long winters you can snuggle up in front of the multi-fuel burner. There is a large, sociable kitchen/dining room complete with a sofa, TV and French doors leading to the garden and patio. Lillipit Cottage is a convenient spot for exploring the many sides of Cornwall or for simply relaxing in the pretty garden where you can enjoy the wildlife and birds surrounded by rolling hills and countryside.
Porthleven Harbour is a magnet for foodies with an array of excellent restaurants, and there are also pubs, art galleries, food festivals and craft fairs. The wide sandy beach at nearby Praa Sands is perfect for relaxing summer days or walks on windy winter days storm watching. The scenic coves and pretty harbours of the Lizard Peninsula, St Michaels Mount and the historic town of Marazion are all within easy reach.
The area is ideal for walkers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts, or visit the the large estuary at Hayle and the marshes at Marazion which attract bird watchers from around the UK. Take the scenic coastal train that runs from nearby St Erth station into St Ives, or visit one of the many sub-tropical gardens in the area, including Trebah, Glendurgan, Trelissike and the famous historic house and gardens at Godolphin. Beach 6 miles. Shop and pub 2 miles, restaurant 4 miles.

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Felt like a boutique hotel. Very comfortable beds. Enclosed garden perfect for the dog. We felted very welcomed by the owners. Location great for visiting the Lands end peninsula and the Lizard as well as not being too far from the north coast. Definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful clean cottage located in excellent location. Lots to see and do. Sandra and Jason excellent hosts and available if you need them. Extras like eggs, milk, scones, jam and cream a very welcome treat. This is our second visit and we will definitely go again

An amazing cottage, beautifully furnished, very well equiped and situated in a lovely garden. Lovely welcome of scones, jam & cream when we arrived. The bedrooms were both very comfortable. A car is useful due to its slightly secluded position. Little or no signal from our mobile phone provider (Vodafone) but in our opinion this was a plus! Absolutely beautiful cottage in a stunning part of the country. Will definately be going again.

The perfect cottage for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Located perfectly for local beaches and not too far from many of Cornwall’s attractions. Jason and Sandra perfect hosts there if you need them. Lovely to have the goodies on arrival and a constant supply of free range eggs. Would definitely recommend and are returning later in the year

This is a great cosy cottage. The low ceilings in the Irving room and to get up the stairs should have been mentioned in the description advertised. As a family of tall indivuals we did experience a few bumped heads.
