Once inside there is a cosy open plan living/kitchen area with comfortable sofa and TV, the kitchen area has a microwave and fridge/freezer so basic meals can be prepared. There is a table and chairs positioned to provide lovely external views too. Venture downstairs and discover a charming dining room, with glass circular table and chairs and some delightful antique furniture. This leads onto the delightful bedroom complete with kingsize bed with complimentary wooden furniture. The owners offer the use of their mature, landscaped garden to enjoy, complete with mature trees and bushes and seating area.
Little Petherick is a quaint village just 2 miles from the famous harbour town of Padstow, famed for it’s inviting narrow streets, galleries, boutique shops and of course renowned restaurants. Here watch the busy harbour or soak in the atmosphere of this very special place. The beaches at Harlyn Bay, Treyarnon Bay and Portcothan provide excellent conditions for watersports enthusiasts, while the vistas and miles of golden sand are quite breathtaking. The ancient market town of Wadebridge lies 6 miles inland, set upon the River Camel, here a wide array of shops, pubs and restaurants await, whilst the picturesque Camel Trail, can be enjoyed on bicycle, easily available for hire, or on foot, leading inland to Bodmin with it’s chilling Jail Experience and Heritage Steam Railway or back to Padstow, the trail being mainly flat. Beach 4¼ miles.
