Lovely place to stay, owner was lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!
The cottage is in need of an update and refurb. The bathroom lacks a shower curtain and could do with a power shower. Cleaniness was an issue and myself and partner spend a good hour giving the cottage a cleaning, including the windows which were dirty with insects and grime. Also bedroom window was broken and was unable to use to air the room.
Our stay July, 2019
We received a warm welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge comfortable We were disappointed that the shower was inadequate and had no shower curtain. Also that there was no WiFi available. Unfortunately we visited at a time when we could not open the bedroom window, due to a replacement being on order. The bungalow is situated in a very peaceful place and we enjoyed watching the birds, bats and butterflies.
