Zephyr’s View is a comfortable terraced chalet set within a popular holiday village not far from the nearest beach and benefiting from amazing sea views. The property offers accommodation for four guests in two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath. The open plan living space offers everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay including a Freeview TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Outside there is a large, shared grass area and a front patio and decking with furniture where you can enjoy eating and drinking al fresco while you take in the gorgeous sunsets on display.
If it’s the beach life you enjoy with lots of sand, swimming and surf then you’ll be spoiled for choice with the nearest beach being under a mile away. Much of the coastline in this area is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities. There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover within a short drive including Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Morwenstow and stunning Tintagel, inextricably linked to the legend of King Arthur. Further afield the fishing port of Padstow is a popular tourist destination. Bude is a fabulous coastal town that once visited, you will want to come back to time and time again. Bude has something for everyone, including great beaches for relaxing and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafés to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the South West Coastal Path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley with indoor play area and a heritage centre at Bude Castle. It also has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants and an excellent information centre.
Zephyr’s View is also perfectly located for you to discover the many natural delights that North Devon has to offer such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ‘Dark Sky Reserve’. The many rugged coastal towns and quaint villages such as Hartland, Lynton and Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and the world-famous Clovelly Village with their awe-inspiring scenery. There are plenty of family-oriented places to visit including Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep farm-themed park and many others. And if Bude’s beaches aren’t enough for you then North Devon will leave you spoilt for choice with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! which represent some of the best beaches in the country!
