Thirty Six is a comfortable static caravan benefiting from an enclosed raised decking area with outdoor seating so you can relax with a drink in hand. Inside the caravan the living area has a TV and a gas fire. This area is open planned with the dining area and kitchen, the latter benefiting from a microwave, fridge and gas cooker. There are two bedrooms, a twin with small singles and a double. There is also a shower room and back outside there is an allocated parking space by the caravan and additional on-site spaces too.
Located within a well maintained and presented small resort just a mile or so from the nearest beach you can benefit from private access to the South West Coastal Path, perfect for those scenic walks. There is an outdoor heated pool with a children’s central ‘splash’ zone, a bar/eatery and an adventure play area. Alternative local options that are open all year round are Widemouth Manor, the W Club for a relaxing spa day and Zuma Jays for all year surf hire and lessons! If it’s the beach you want; with miles of sand, swimming and surf then you’ll be spoiled for choice. Much of the coastline in this area is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities. There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover within a short drive of this location including Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Morwenstow and stunning Tintagel, inextricably linked to the legend of King Arthur. Further afield the fishing port of Padstow is a popular tourist destination.
Bude itself is a fabulous coastal town that once visited, you will want to come back to time and time again. Bude has something for everyone including great beaches for relaxing and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafés to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the South West Coast Path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and a heritage centre at Bude Castle. It also has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants and an excellent information centre.
The property is also perfectly located for you to discover the many natural delights that North Devon has to offer such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ’Dark Sky Reserve’, the many rugged coastal towns and quaint villages such as Hartland, Lynton & Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and the world-famous Clovelly Village with their awe-inspiring scenery and there are plenty of family-oriented places to visit including Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep farm-themed park and many others. And if Bude’s beaches aren’t enough for you then North Devon will leave you spoilt for choice with stunning alternatives at Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! – some of the best in the country!
