Step inside this lovingly converted period barn and you will find a wealth of character from the exposed beam ceiling to the rustic flagstone floor. The open plan accommodation offers a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for rustling up dinner and a comfortable sofa to rest on after a day of adventure. The double bedroom can also be found on the ground floor offering exposed beams and countryside views, and a spacious bathroom.
Stepping outside you’ll find a courtyard with seating area where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or evening mug of hot chocolate while admiring the views over the countryside. Across the courtyard is a large, fenced paddock offering the perfect spot to walk or exercise your dog while on holiday.
The Granary is located just outside the peaceful Cornish village of Philleigh, on the Roseland Peninsula. Famous for its sixteenth-century pub, Philleigh is ideally located to explore the Roseland Peninsula and is only a 10-minute drive away from the superb beaches, shops, and other facilities. Further afield is the nearby King Harry chain ferry which will take you across the Fal River where you’ll find The National Trust Trelissick Gardens for fantastic year-round walks.
