Percuil View is 2½ miles from Portscatho and enroute to the King Harry Ferry, it is in a perfect location to explore the Roseland. This refurbished barn conversion has been completed to a high standard with open plan living and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Alongside the spacious open plan kitchen/dining room and living room there are two bedrooms, one twin and one kingsize with a luxury bathroom in the middle. Enjoy the views from the terrace on one of the many warm and sunny days enjoyed on the Roseland and from beside the wood burner in the winter months, this truly is a holiday home for all seasons. Guests get free entry into the Caerhays Gardens when they are open, mid February to mid June, and the Porthluney car park when they are changing, summer months only.
