Situated directly across from the beach, in the coastal resort of St Mawes, Seven is the ideal retreat for special family holidays or celebrations with friends. The light open plan living space has been carefully designed with entertaining in mind, and to make the most of the fabulous sea views. From the front door you step into a spacious living area with co-ordinating furnishings tv and family dining area. The exceptional family kitchen comes complete with integrated appliances a Nespresso coffee machine and backs onto a sizeable private garden, perfect for al fresco summer meals, family barbecues or a tranquil spot to relax away from the crowds. There’s also a useful side access with an external shower, ideal for washing down wetsuits and sandy toes after a day at the beach. Back inside the property the ground floor accommodation is completed with a utility room and separate WC. Stairs from the kitchen rise to the first floor offering access to four bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room. The two bedrooms at the front benefit from glorious sea views while the two rear bedrooms have double doors which open directly onto the garden terrace.
Seven is located in the picturesque Cornish fishing village of St Mawes. Its traditional narrow streets offer everything you need for a comfortable breakaway with quaint cafés harbourside restaurants, galleries and a small supermarket. St Mawes boasts two beautiful beaches to explore, one right opposite the property! Both are safe for swimming and ideal for sunbathing. There’s also a local sailing club and tennis courts can be hired at the recreation ground. Venturing further afield the St Mawes Ferry which leaves from the harbour will take you to Falmouth for more shops restaurants and local attractions.
