A delightful property perfectly situated for those with a love of ’messing about’ on and in the water. Located in a quiet residential area, but in the heart of the village, the regular foot ferries to Falmouth and beyond are just 5 minutes’ stroll. So too are the local shops, cafés and restaurants, with no steep slopes between the house and the sea and two beaches are just a pebble throw away.
At the front of the house there is a suntrap terrace with benches ideal for morning coffee. Each of the bedrooms is beautifully furnished to enhance the character of this family home. The lovely large master bedroom has sea views a super kingsize bed and en-suite shower. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has twin beds ideal for children and there is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The exceptionally large bright living room is situated on the first floor to take advantage of the gorgeous 180 degree sea views of St Mawes Harbour and St Anthony Head. The living room has a range of comfy seating with designer cushions and dining area for six guest, there are large bi-fold doors leading from the living room to a balcony, a lovely spot to sit and relax in private and watch the ever changing seascape. The modern kitchen with plenty of space to dine is well appointed with granite work tops and French doors from the kitchen open on to a private decked terrace which catches the afternoon and evening sun. It has a table with chairs and barbecue for al fresco dinning.
