Gibraltar House offers exceptional sea views from the living areas and principal bedrooms out towards the River Percuil, Summers beach, St Anthony Head, the Lizard, St Mawes and Pendennis castle.
Extended and renovated to the highest standard in 2019 Gibraltar House is effortlessly stylish with wooden floors, high ceilings and tall sash windows creating a light and bright retreat for eight people. The rooms are serene in muted natural shades with an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. Downstairs the 30ft kitchen and dining room are open plan with views across the bay. This light space is perfect for the ebb and flow of family and friends and entertaining, the dining table easily seats eight. The kitchen has fitted cupboards, granite worktops, two built-in ovens, an induction hob and a capacious antique dresser. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a downstairs wet room with a large shower area perfect after a day at the beach or a muddy walk. There are four lovely bedrooms two of which are downstairs. The front double bedroom has dual aspect sea views and the rear bedroom a super kingsize bed and views across the bay. Upstairs the kingsize master bedroom has views across the church roof-scape to St Anthony Head and the fourth twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room. All the beds are dressed with luxurious linen and natural cotton and wool throws. The classic marble-tiled family bathroom has a bullnose freestanding bath, walk-in shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail and a unique view of both St Mawes and Pendennis castles.
