Cardingham Woods and the Camel Trail are nearby and the cottage is perfectly located for exploring the north and south coasts. This single-storey holiday cottage has a bright and airy interior, with designer soft furnishings that give a homely feel. The living room features a full aspect gable window; French doors give way to a sunny patio area with country views and wildlife in abundance. For keen cyclists, there’s a cycle hub within 4 miles, along with many off road cycle routes for all the family. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Great cottage & owners. Really enjoyed our stay, few things could be improved: Bad frying pans, need larger cups, no washing machine, bit overpriced especially with added fee for dog - maybe this should be taken incase of damage or mess but returned if all good? Thank you for having us x

Had a wonderful week in praze cottage lovely and friendly owners with a cosy cottage for all of our needs with easy access on and off the a30 to get around Cornwall with most places within about an hours drive
