Pentargon View is a real ‘bolt hole’. Set at the bottom of the Jordan Valley, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the picturesque coastal village with its harbour, pubs and shops, this detached holiday bungalow has a streamside location in beautiful landscaped gardens. Enjoy the secluded sitting-out area which is ideal for morning coffee or alfresco dining, and take in the sights and sounds of the lovely setting. Coastal walks are also close by, where visitors can take in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic, as is Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur and Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series ’Doc Martin’. Along the coast are Polzeath, with its sandy surfing beach, and Padstow with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants, including Rick Stein’s fish restaurant. From Padstow, take a ferry across to Rock to sample the many watersports, hire a bike or walk along the Camel Trail to Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin. Inland, discover Bodmin Moor, unspoilt moorland at its best, where you can enjoy tranquillity and peace. Beach 1½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
Owners very friendly, driveway very steep but manageable. Very comfortable and well equipped. Garden lovely. Had a wonderful stay here, very enjoyable.

Lovely cosy, well equipped cottage in beautiful secluded location. Garden peaceful, perfect place to enjoy the sound of rushing water from the stream. Beautiful fairy lights in neighbouring trees made the experience even more magical.
