This spacious, single-storey holiday property, adjoining the owners’ home, is wonderfully situated in the Harewood area of Calstock, well known for its mild micro-climate where several plant nurseries are based. The little historic village of Calstock nestles on the banks of the River Tamar on the Devon and Cornwall border, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the iconic railway viaduct spanning the meandering river. Calstock has a couple of pubs and enjoys a great atmosphere, especially in the summer. For the active visitors, the owners host walking parties in the local area and you are most welcome to join in. Guests can enjoy fresh flowers and cream tea on arrival, and relax in the lawned garden. Couples of all ages will like the quiet, yet convenient location. Boat trips and canoes can be hired locally. Beach 20 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
