Thoughtfully furnished and equipped, it makes an ideal, relaxing holiday base. Surrounded by NT land with breathtaking coastal scenery, Polruan is an unspoilt, picturesque village with two excellent inns and sandy beach. Frequent ferries cross the river to the historic town of Fowey with its varied restaurants, shops and galleries. Sailing/river trips available. Eden Project only 6 miles. Village shop 10 yards.

Lovely home , peaceful location, would definitely visit again if there was a dog friendly beach closer, that was our only issue.

Lovely little place. Beautiful setting. If your looking for a relaxing slow paced peaceful holiday then this is just the place.

Lovely cottage, well equipped, comfortable, clean, cosy and warm. Grandson loved the attic room. Owner very helpful. Halfway up a very, narrow steep but charming hill, lovely location but parking some way off up the steep hill, very difficult for anyone with mobility problems and for that single issue we probably won't revisit. Well stocked village shop, with bakery next door. Good local pubs for dining and the ferries across to Fowey. Within easy reach of lots of interesting places and activities. Polruan will go down as one of the best half-term breaks and the homemade cake was wonderful we were very glad that we went and would recommend.
