Roadstead is a fine, three bedroom riverfront property offering spacious, comfortable accommodation and superb river views from every room. The ground floor living room is the length of the property and has dual aspect windows giving fabulous views. There are French doors on the lower ground floor which lead onto a large sun terrace with stunning views of the river, Polruan and out to sea. This is a perfect place to dine al fresco or just sit watching the boats sail by with your morning coffee. The house is situated on the Esplanade and is only a short walk into the town centre, harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. In the opposite direction and a 10-15 minute stroll is the sandy beach at Readymoney Cove. This is an ideal choice for a family holiday or for couples sharing.
