The ground floor comprises a superb shower room, and four bedrooms are split over the next three floors. The open plan living space has balconies where you can enjoy morning coffee or perhaps a glass of wine as the sun sets on another memorable day can be enjoyed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all you need to prepare a simple snack or a family feast, with clever extras thoughtfully provided, including cupboards which open electronically! The dining area has quality dining table and chairs, ample room for all your guests, whilst there is sumptuous seating you will just want to sink into, superfast Wi-Fi throughout and a 75" television.
Venture away from this amazing house and you will find Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium, countless restaurants and of course, what Newquay is famous for, no less than twelve beaches, all unique in their offering, from peaceful stretches of golden sand to stimulating and vibrant surfing beaches such as Fistral or Watergate Bay. The North Cornwall coastline has many hidden gems to discover, such as the buzzing quay at Padstow with it’s narrow streets, world renowned restaurants, galleries and boutique shops, the magnificent Heritage Coast around Trevose Head, or Port Isaac, the fictional home of ‘Doc Martin’.
