In the trees around the park are small nest boxes to support the local population of garden birds. Not far from the holiday site is RSPB Hayle Estuary Nature Reserve. A fantastic location for keen walkers and bird watchers alike. The most South Westerly estuary in the UK. Lots of tourist attractions nearby. Heritage trail through the town of Hayle.
