A detached Scandinavian-style lodge set in the owner’s small holding, Wiki Wheels offers a secluded and peaceful family holiday destination which is only minutes from the dramatic North Cornwall coast. This charming timber lodge, with a new kitchen for 2022, and its own fully enclosed garden, sits in the centre of this amazing county which means touring and sightseeing are easily done from here. The Eden Project, St Ives and many more resorts are nearby. Kingsley Village Shopping Centre is also just 1¾ miles away. At the end of a busy, fun-filled day, Wiki Wheels provides the perfect retreat where you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining in the large lawned garden.
Newquay for its surf and beaches, Padstow for its working harbour and dining, Port Isaac and Perranporth are all easily reached and provide the perfect ingredients for a superb family holiday of sand, sea, surf and fun. Also close by are many tourist attractions such as the owl sanctuary, Creally Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo, Goss Moor cycle trail, riding stables, and the many beaches of the north coast. There is a golf course just a few minutes away and the city of Truro with its gothic cathedral, theatre, cinema and quaint shopping lanes is easily reached. An off road cycle network has been developed through the grounds and bike hire is now available. If you want to leave the car but fancy a day at the beach a small branch line station is near Wiki Wheels which goes straight to Newquay, perfect for a day by the sea without the parking. Beach 6 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
Beautiful place to stay and good location for visiting places. Sam is a great host, welcoming and friendly. Our boys enjoyed playing in the beautiful, spacious garden. Could do with a few more kitchen utensils/cutlery if a family are staying. Had to travel to find a place to eat out but apart from that it is a great place to stay. 😀
This is a great cabin, very well equipped. The location feels isolated and private as it's down a private track road, with lots of trees & woods, but it is close to main road for easy access to Cornwalls many attractions. The garden is fabulous and it was perfect for us with 2 small children as it's enclosed. The owner is very helpful & friendly and we would definitely recommend this property to others.
We had a lovely stay at Wiki Wheels. Beautiful surroundings, very clean, supportive owner and great place to return to after days out.
