35 Atlantic Reach is well situated on this popular tourist park. The accommodation includes an open plan living/kitchen area with the living area having a modern wall mounted electric heater, a wall mounted TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an electric oven and hob with extractor hood over, a microwave, toaster and refrigerator. To the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and sliding doors to a private balcony whilst the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and its own balcony, also to the first floor there is a shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. To the outside there are communal grounds, fun activities for the whole family including a swimming pool, tennis courts an activity center and restaurant. Newquay is within 10 miles of the park and has a number of world famous beaches, a wide range of local and high street brand shops, pubs and restaurants together with supermarkets and takeaways. The main A30 is only a short drive from the property and provides easy access for guests to explore more of what Cornwall has to offer.
