Superb setting and the most superb views. Set in a truly stunning location in St Mawes with glorious harbour and sea views to St Anthony’s lighthouse the Lizard Peninsula and out to sea. Trevu is only a minutes’ walk from St Mawes castle and 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of the village with its good range of facilities including post office, bakery, chemist, butchers and restaurants. The local hotel is only 200 yards away as is Tavern beach.
From the entrance hall off which there is a cloakroom with toilet you ascend to the large landing off which are a shower room, super kingsize bedroom with glorious sea views and balcony. A zip and link super kingsize bedroom with great sea views, kingsize bedroom again with super sea views and a family bathroom with over bath shower and toilet. A short flight of stairs leads to two single bedrooms. Stairs from the lobby lead down to the spacious hallway off which are the utility room, kitchen with good sea and harbour views and patio doors out to the terrace. The large living/dining room have lovely sea views and patio doors leading off both to the terrace with the most lovely sea views and there is an open fire in the living room. The terraced garden leads down to the foreshore but please take care with children on the terraces and around the fish pond. Beach ½ mile.
