It has often been said that Rosecraddoc Manor must be the nearest thing to paradise. It is Grade II listed, along with two bridges in the grounds, and has now been converted into these attractive apartments and cottages, making a perfect base for your Cornish holiday.
On site you can fish on the lake or play tennis on the all weather court . If you can bear to leave this beautiful spot, just 2½ miles away in Liskeard there is a superb leisure complex, where you can enjoy squash, badminton, gym, indoor bowls and indoor leisure pools, which include a children’s pool and flume, as well as the main pool.
Within 4 miles you can explore Bodmin Moor, where you can go riding, walking or even try water sports on Siblyback Lake - wind surfing, dinghy sailing and canoeing are available. To the south, lovely sandy beaches and pretty fishing harbours lie along the coast. Several excellent golf courses can also be found in the area; and the Eden Project is only 20 miles away.

Very nice cottage in rural location, nice to wake up to nothing but bird song and the water fall.
I would of given 10 out of 10 but decided not to for the following reason: There is no phone signal at all hence the owner probably taking advantage of it. You have to pay for wifi which is extremely slow and expensive. Having said that,The owner is very friendly and helpful, our place was stunning apart from downstairs toilet flush issue. Due to poor phone signal in the cottage, least the owner could do is provide decent free internet. I mean all the coffee shop has free internet now days. Worse bit was, i had to walk around outside in rain to get signal so i could tell my mother i have arrived safely. I hope the owner takes this suggestion on board.
Our stay August, 2019
Cottage was lovely. We arrived early after a 9 hour drive and they kindly let us go into the cottage. Was very clean and modern. A couple of maintenance issues but nothing major. signal was very poor but as soon as you got out of the dip and up the hill worked great. There was 8 of us and still plenty of room. Did find it odd that the only room that had more than 7 seats was the dinning room. Would definitely go again! Perfect location to be out of way and in a very pictures' place but close enough to all tourist attractions normally only a half hour to a hour drive.
