This ground floor holiday apartment, below the owner’s home and at the same location as Polgew Studio, is spacious and offers amazing sea views. Enjoy watching boats go by and kite surfers from the award-winning garden, or take the 3-4-minute walk to the long sandy beach. Sea fishing available 200 yards away. Marazion has art galleries and pasty shop; a cream tea can be enjoyed from the hotel overlooking the superb castle on the mount. Further afield is the maritime town of Penzance or Newlyn with art gallery, fresh fish shop. Shops 300 yards, pub ¼ mile.

Di and graham gave us a great welcome, the apartment was fantastic, well equipped, everything we could have wanted. The location was superb for touring, visiting St Michael's Mount and the local hostelries in Marazion, and just sitting out and relaxing in the patio. Our friends from the States who were with us also loved it. We would recommend this Apartment to anyone with no reservations, and hope to return ourselves.

This is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have been to. Lovely location, a beautiful garden, and for those of us who cook on holiday all that was needed...except wooden spoons but that may have been a safety issue as the hob was a gas one.
