Lyndhurst is a stunning, detached split level house perched in an elevated position, overlooking the beach and town of Perranporth. It is the perfect holiday home for large family groups who are looking for comfortable accommodation.
The first floor open plan living area, with wide patio doors that lead on to an undercover balcony with glass and stainless steel, is a great place to relax for breakfast or a late evening drink.
Perranporth is a popular family destination with 3 miles of sandy beaches that attract surfing enthusiasts, walkers and those who love to simply relax and unwind on a beautiful beach. The ideal summer destination, with miles of sand dunes and glorious coastal walks. It attracts visitors who love to experience the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean, and quiet beaches.
Perranporth is a bustling area, with many pubs and cafés offering great food and local ales. The Watering Hole Beach Café is a perfect spot to relax for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. There are a number of large music events staged during the summer months and regular live music all year round. Annual events hosted on the beach include the "Tunes In The Dunes" music festival, beach cricket, beach tag rugby, Perranporth triathlon and The English National Surfing Championships.
As you walk north along Perranporth beach, you will see the spectacular sand dunes of Penhale Sands. This area is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and a Special Area of Conservation. The sand dune systems are one of the rarest habitats in Britain and support a huge variety of rare plants and wildlife.
Ideally located just 6 miles from Newquay, 7 miles from the cathedral city of Truro and a 30 minute drive to St Ives. Beach ½ mile. Shop and restaurant 500 yards, pub ½ mile.

Our Holiday at Lyndhurst was amazing, superb spacious property, stunning views over Perranporth and the ocean, and a two minute walk to the beach - it’s everything you could wish for and more. We will be booking again for next year.

The balcony area is amazing with a fantastic view. The property was spot on with everything you could need or want, with comfortable beds. More than enough of everything (a typical let down with other accommodation we have stayed in prior to this is, not enough seating/space/cutlery etc, not here.. my mother in law didn't have to buy any extra wine glasses, she was chuffed) the master bedroom bed when linked it huge and very comfy, my partner and I slept soundly. The location is THE BEST we have stayed in for dogs (& humans), we have stayed in welcoming places previously but this puts anything else in the shade. Also, flooring is easy to wipe down etc. which is great with 2 dogs and made it more stress free. Plenty to do for all locally with a number of pubs, a few with quiz nights! (dog friendly) Lastly, the owners (Vanessa who we were in communication with) was lovely, helpful and available and could not have been more accommodating with the offer of early check in and late checkout where possible. Would recommend and book again!

It’s the 2nd time we’ve been with a third visit already planned. Absolutely brilliant destination overlooking Perranporth . No greater feeling than sat on that beautiful balcony enjoying a Run and Coke watching the sun set over the beach. Fantastic.

First of all perfect location and views of the beach and the town. If you love perranporth this is the house for you! When we arrived there was milk, teabags, coffee and biscuits. Perfect and just what you need after a long journey such a great touch! There was also a bottle of prosecco for later! We took 2 dogs and 3 children. There was so much space for all of us. The beds were extremely comfortable! It was spotlessly clean. We booked a lazy week over new year and it's exactly what we had. The kitchen was well equipped I cooked a massive New Year's Day roast! Dishwasher was a blessing. The only thing I struggled with was because the house had a washing machine we only took 3 outfits each, I did struggle sometimes to get the clothes dry. In summer you can put them outside but in winter a dryer would have been a godsend. But we managed and it didn't affect our stay! We loved this house so much we have booked again, I actually booked it while I was still there! Highly recommend it's a truly stunning house. A home away from home ❤️ Ps thanks for the lovely Christmas decorations that were put up during our stay we enjoyed Christmas that little bit longer
