This modern, well appointed first floor apartment stands within the harbourside development of Port Pendennis built around a yacht marina next to the National Maritime Museum. Falmouth is renowned for its sailing, sandy beaches, varied shops, restaurants and pubs, all within walking distance. During the season there are regular passenger ferries to Flushing and St Mawes from the nearby pier, and many coastal walks, National Trust gardens, and several golf courses. Shops and pubs 200 yards.
Bathroom needs updating, in particular the toilet that was difficult to flush on every occasion and has been for some time.
The apartment is comfortable but not luxurious. Good location for walking into town or getting out of town by car. Lots to do locally and plenty of good restaurants from Rock Stein to good pub grub. We had a great holiday using our National Trust membership for the gardens and English Heritage for the castles. Highly recommend the resort and the accommodation.
Our second visit here, fabulous location
Good location
Perfect area In port Dennis harbour, placed in secure complex. Spacious apartment with everything to meet our needs. Just needs some maintenance and updating of fixtures. Difficulties with flushing toilet
Perfect location for the town, secure quiet no problem with parking. Would definitely book again.
Great location for exploring Falmouth and surrounding area. Little Dennis is a nice apartment but could benefit from some updating especially the bathroom and kitchen.
Faboulas location . Faboulas holiday
Little Dennis is in a brilliant location but the flat needs updating and refreshing The furniture is extremely old fashioned, the kitchen needs replacing and the baking sheets etc were really dirty and old. A lick of paint, particularly in the bathroom, wouldn't go amiss.
Great location close to shops Restaurants pubs etc. Short walk to sea views. Flat very comfortable . Had a great stay here
Our stay October, 2019
Carpets, curtains and bathroom not clean. Toilet very difficult to flush, owner was very unconcerned about that when contacted, even though he had been told about it in June! Advertised Parking space on visitors parking area is NOT a reserved space, it’s on a first come basis!
