This semi-detached cottage has been designed with a reverse level layout, with accessible bedrooms on the ground floor and the perfect view of the estate from your open plan living space above. Downstairs is a double bedroom with an en-suite, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom, providing ample space for all. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to please the chef in the family, while the communal gardens create a friendly neighbourhood feel.
With a children’s outdoor playground, stunning woodland walks, bars, restaurants and hidden sub-tropical gardens all on-site, you may never need to leave. However, should you wish to venture further afield, beautiful St Ives is just a short walk away, while Cabris Bay, with its white-washed houses and long sandy beach, is just a 5-minute drive away. A must visit is the island of St Michaels Mount, accessed via the pretty town of Marazion. With its National Trust chapel and castle, it is full of historical interest. Beach ½ mile. Shop ¾ mile, pub ½ mile, restaurant on-site.

Lovely setting and brilliant views. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was that it was advertised with a kingsize bed and free view TV in the bedroom which it doesn't have. For a newly listed property the furniture was a bit worn and stained but clean. Food and facilities in the hotel were very good.
