The nearby Helford River has famous creeks, waterside pubs and is popular with walkers, bird watchers, cyclists, and water sports enthusiasts. This area is also home to some of Cornwall’s finest gardens including Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick. You can explore with ease Helston, Porthleven, Praa Sands and Falmouth, or if you would like to venture further afield Land’s End, St Ives, Padstow, The Eden Project and all of the north and south coasts of this beautiful county is all within easy reach by car.
It is a lovely location to spend a family summer holiday or for those people who love to visit during the quieter winter months to enjoy a relaxing walk along quiet windswept beaches or cliff tops.
