It has a comfortable, sociable open plan living space and patio doors leading out to a small patio area and expanse of lawn. There is a convenient, ground floor shower room and three, good-sized bedrooms with comfy beds and crisp bed linen. There are great facilities on-site, open from Easter to October, which include a heated splash pool with a Jacuzzi section, a gym, tennis courts, children’s play area and a café/bar.

The area is ideal for exploring the beautiful coastline of South Cornwall, with Maenporth Cove and Swanpool beach just a mile away. There is also a woodland path/route leading to the beach. Nearby Falmouth is a bustling town with a busy harbour and attracts prestigious yachts and many sailing events. Events Square is home to the National Maritime Museum which hosts a busy calendar of events throughout the year, from the famous Sea Shanty Week in June to the Oyster Festival in October. With Christmas markets and events throughout the festive season, Falmouth is a great all year round destination.

Pendennis and St Mawes castles are perched on the headland and face each other overlooking the wide estuary. Both castles were built by Henry VIII to protect the precious waterways and are now managed by English Heritage and are open to the public. Take one of the many small ferry services to St Mawes, Flushing, the stunning Helford River and creeks, or there is the popular sea safari to watch dolphins, basking sharks, seals and an abundance of wildlife that frequent the coastline.

The rugged north coast is within easy reach and is popular with surfers, or stroll around one of the many beautiful, sub-tropical gardens in the area, including nearby Trebah, Glendurgan and Telissike. There are an excellent selection of restaurants and bars close by, including some quaint pubs, all serving good local food and ales. Beach 1 mile. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
