Watch House is a modern, comfortable apartment situated close to the slipway at Caffa Mill. The accommodation is on two levels, with the open plan living space on the top floor, offering you superb views of the estuary below.
It is only a 10 minute stroll along the estuary into Fowey, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Our stay March, 2020

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4th stay at Watch House. It was looking much better having had a make over, lovely new carpet, fresh paint, new en suite shower, bath in the bathroom and new kitchen tap! The apartment is generally well stocked (though a few more teaspoons wouldn't go amiss and table mats!). I could sit all day watching the ferry come and go in the beautiful feature window. We even managed a coffee with the doors open on one of the days, not bad for early March!
