This former coaching house is presented to a very good standard and is situated in the centre of St Austell with easy access to all public transport including the railway station. This is an ideal holiday location for visiting the Eden Project, 4 miles, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, 6 miles. There are numerous sandy beaches and coves to choose from and wonderful coastal walks. The historic harbour of Charlestown and picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey are just a short drive. Shops and pubs 200 yards.

An excellent clean, tidy and very comfortable cottage with very good facilities. It felt very spacious and was very well equipped.

The Cottage was wonderful and the everything worked.. There are two things need replacing. The frying pan and Toilet brush.
