Our stay August, 2019
Even though we were told we could get into property by 3pm we had to wait. You would expect the property to at least smell fresh as it had just been apparently cleaned. No fresh smell. Hair in the shower and disgusting microwave, amongst other things. Sofas are a joke, please get them changed! The floor creaked so bad in the top floor bedroom it woke everyone up in the night. Carpets threadbare everywhere. Whole place Needs updating, No decorating or new furniture for many, many years. The shower in the bathroom was weak and couldn’t be used. Very disappointed. Left early on the Wednesday even though we had paid till Saturday as it made us all feel down just to be in there for too long.
