This charming attached barn conversion retains lots of character and enjoys far reaching country views and a very good standard of holiday accommodation. Located in unspoilt countryside, only a 10-minute walk from the pretty village of St Kew with its pub and church, and only 3 miles from the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac and the spectacular north Cornish coast, with many popular sandy beaches including Daymer Bay and Polzeath. The property is part of a dairy and beef farm with plenty of wide open green fields and an abundance of wildlife. There is also a fishing pond stocked with carp, adjoining a nature trail and woodland walk, situated within minutes of the cottages and St Kew inn. The Camel Trail cycle path is within easy reach as is The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House and Gardens . Walking, cycling, golf and fishing are all nearby. Shop 3/4 mile, pub 1/4 mile.
Cottage in a nice location but let down by its cleanliness esp cutlery and other kitchen equipment and dust. Most upsetting was that the smoke alarm battery failed soon after arrival, the owners quickly tried changing it but it still failed so unit needed replacing, this was still not changed when we left
Excellent location. Lovely property
Beautiful few days in this cottage we absolutely loved it
Beautiful surroundings with 3miles to Port Isaac which is a must to visit - absolutely gorgeous. Loved the open-plan kitchen dinner within the cottage and shower unit. Lovely hosts leaving tea, coffee, milk and biscuits ready for us to have on our arrival and flowers on the dining table.
