Meadowside Apartment is a smart, modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment offering lovely countryside views and parking for two cars.
Located at the top of Fowey, a downhill walk will take you to the centre of town, with its array of shops, quays, restaurants and pubs. If you don’t fancy the walk back up the hill the local town bus runs continuously throughout the day and will happily drop you off.
There is a local general store and post office only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, but make sure you find time to put your feet up and relax on the patio and admire the countryside views.

Waste disposal not working and door to dish washer missing - we did know that as cleaner left note

Upon opening the door there was a very bad smell of damp. Shower in ensuite was useless,door was missing off dishwasher so couldnt be kept open,waste disposal was not working . Plinth in kitchen fell off .
