Set within beautiful countryside on the owner’s 140-acre working sheep farm yet just 10 miles from the North Cornish coast, it is the ideal peaceful retreat. These two barn conversions retain much of their original charm with vaulted ceilings and exposed stonework and are presented to a very good standard. There is even access to the lake with wild garden, cabin and BBQ area . The wild beauty of Bodmin and Dartmoor National Parks are both easily accessible and a must for nature lovers and walkers. The coast boasts sandy beaches and hidden coves ideal for surfing or exploring rock pools. Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally. The historic market town of Launceston is just 7 miles away and the Eden Project is an easy drive. Shops 7 miles, pubs and restaurant 4 miles.

Had a lovely stay place was great very tranquil. Couldn't fault it. Nice touch with homemade bread, cake freshly laid eggs from their hens and prosecco. Thank you Sara and Toni we will definitely be back.

We had an excellent week in this cosy welcoming holiday cottage, a warm welcome from all of the family pets included. Had a lovely and useful welcoming pack, with flowers on the table very clean and comfortable a very nice touch were the cosy dressing gowns, places to sit and admire the view. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet in this lovely cottage. We marked the local amenities 9 as we did not need or use them.
